At Lincoln Meadows, we know that quality Alzheimer’s and dementia care requires a personal approach. That’s why we strive to meet individual and family needs.
We respect and cherish each individual and their family. We customize our care to each individual’s personality, core values and personal preferences to promote physical, mental and emotional health. We get to know our residents personally and we foster trust. We connect with our residents through a personalized program that we have developed called Path to the PresentSM.
Family is a key component to Alzheimer’s and dementia care. We work with family and friends to build a strong support network that will help engage residents and provide better care.
Our team members care about what they do and the people they work with. They’re dedicated to working with individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s and are trained in the latest dementia-care programs and techniques.
Great dementia and Alzheimer’s care also takes a familiar environment that reminds individuals of their homes, families and past. We include family photos, personal mementos and more, to create a comfortable, familiar and calm environment for our memory care residents.
We strive to make the Lincoln Memory Care program meet the unique needs of each individual and family. If your loved one is suffering from memory loss or Alzheimer’s, we can help.
Brain Boosting Benefits (B3) Program
We provide our residents with the best possible source of nutrients through our innovative Brain Boosting Benefits (B3) Program.
B3 is the incorporation of SUPER FOODS into a resident’s diet, which cannot be achieved through regular Food Pyramid for Seniors (RDA) menus. Although there are claims that the same benefits can be achieved by offering cooked fruits and vegetables, there is only one way to deliver all the nutrients and vitamins in their most concentrated and beneficial form, and that is by serving them raw. The B3 Smoothie Program is how we provide SUPER FOODS to our residents.
The B3 is the daily afternoon snack in all of our Memory Care communities. Residents receive the smoothies when their body needs it the most. Every smoothie on our menu is specifically designed to enhance or fuel a part of the body that may be affected by dementia or Alzheimer’s.
The additional benefit to the B3 Program is related to life enrichment. The daily B3 snack serves as a fun activity that gets residents excited and involved.
